Steamed Cauliflower with Butter Lemon dill drizzle

Cauliflower is known as a just a plain white vegetable. People cook it until the point of no return.
I think of it like tofu, it has a way of picking up flavors, and giving you a completely different taste.
Because it is on the drier side, it can be a great filler ingredient, kind of like potatoes. Remember
you don't always have to use a whole vegetable in a recipe you can cut a piece off or even slice it
in half for a different meal:) I will be posting more recipes with cauliflower in the future, so you can
love cauliflower again:) This recipe is very simple to make, it is a great side dish or a light snack.

Steamed Cauliflower with Butter Lemon Dill Drizzle
makes 11/2 cups

11/2 cups chopped cauliflower
2 Tablespoons butter (vegan)
11/2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoons fresh dill
season to taste sea salt

In a small pot just cover the bottom with water, add washed and chopped (desired size)
cauliflower to the pot and steam for 3-5 minutes until fork tender. When the cauliflower is done drain.
In another small pot add the butter and chopped dill and slowly melt the butter.
This way the dill will infuse into the butter.
When the butter is melted and warm, stir in the lemon juice and a pinch of sea salt until combined.
In a bowl add cauliflower and a good pinch of sea salt, then add butter mixture, and combine.
Serve warm:)
